By using the services provided by Supercharger Inc. (“Supercharger,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. In that case, “you” refers to the entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.
We may modify these Terms at any time, and we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communication methods. If you continue to use our services after the changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services unless permitted by law or by us. You will not allow others to use or access our services unlawfully or in ways that violate these Terms.
You agree that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide are non-confidential and become the property of Supercharger. We reserve the right to use this information without restriction. We may collect usage data from our services, which will be used in aggregated, de-identified form for analysis and improvement of our services.
If you subscribe to any paid services, you agree to pay all fees specified at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors, and all fees are non-refundable. Payment terms will be based on your chosen subscription plan, and recurring fees will be charged as applicable until canceled.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as described in our Dispute Resolution section. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms.
Supercharger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you for the services during the last 12 months.
We may terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by emailing kevin@supercharge.work.
