Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) describes prohibited uses of the software and services (“Services”) offered by Supercharger Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Supercharger”). Supercharger may update this Policy at any time in its sole discretion by posting an updated copy to its website. By using the Services, you agree to the latest version of this Policy. If you violate this Policy or authorize or help others to do so, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and your agreement with Supercharger governing the use of the Services (the “Agreement”), this Policy shall control.

Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Conduct

You may not use the Services for illegal purposes or to take actions that are infringing, offensive, fraudulent, or harmful to Supercharger or its other customers. Examples of prohibited activities include any use of the Services:

  • In violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation;
  • In a manner that infringes or may infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other types of intellectual property;
  • To transmit offensive or threatening materials, including obscene, pornographic, defamatory, libelous, abusive, hateful, excessively violent, or inappropriate content, or any materials containing health information or sensitive personally identifiable information (such as bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or country identification numbers like social security or passport numbers);
  • To export software to points outside the United States in violation of applicable export control laws;
  • To transmit fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading materials, advance any financial scam, or facilitate spam, chain letters, or unsolicited bulk emails;
  • To transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful components to any network or equipment;
  • In a manner that exposes Supercharger, its clients, partners, or vendors, or any other user or entity, to abuse complaints, retaliation, or connectivity issues.

If you choose to use Supercharger AI features, you may not violate the following third-party provider policies:

Content Monitoring and Enforcement

Supercharger is not responsible for the material you create, store, access, or distribute through the Services. However, Supercharger reserves the right to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Services. Supercharger may:

  • Remove, disable access to, or modify any content that violates this Policy or the Agreement;
  • Report any suspected illegal activities to law enforcement, regulators, or other appropriate third parties;

If Supercharger determines that you have violated any terms of this Policy, Supercharger may (i) demand immediate removal of the violating material and/or (ii) restrict, suspend, or terminate all or a portion of your Services. Additionally, you may be subject to civil or criminal liability. Supercharger shall not be liable for any damages resulting from actions taken pursuant to this Policy. All determinations by Supercharger regarding violations of this Policy are conclusive and binding.

Violations or potential violations of this Policy may be reported to Supercharger at kevin@supercharge.work.
